At Health Care Centre and apartment building ‘De Wartburg’, extensive use has been made of sustainable and natural materials. This is also reflected in the garden design, whose organic character is in line with the architectural design. The glass facade at the entrance gives the building an open, inviting, light and spacious character and is an example of the way in which the building and the environment complement each other.
The combination of the old Wartburg with the new building creates embraces a beautiful communal inner garden giving the residential care center a warm, safe feeling. We also carried out the interior design. In this way, the relationship between exterior and interior was ultimately guaranteed.
The project comprises 24 apartments in a closed ward, 24 intramural, 74 extramural, 30 new nursing places and 34 renovated nursing places.
